My Approach

Mindbody alchemy is a holistic healing system that combines Detoxification and Pranic Healing to awaken the body’s ability to heal itself. 

Both systems focus on the same principles of purification and energising, enabling the body to tap into a storehouse of vitality and heal the physical, mental and emotional bodies. 

The first phase requires the body, mind and emotions to be purified or cleansed. Physical purification involves detoxification through dietary changes and herbal formulas. Equally important is to address the emotional blockages. While physical detoxification helps release energy blockages, I go deeper into releasing old traumas and blockages through the most powerful energy healing system known today, Pranic Healing. Once the body is purified, we must energise to enhance cellular function and balance the energy systems of the body. 

This is a comprehensive protocol that empowers individuals to take charge of their health and their lives. One can experience profound transformation leading you down a path of health, vitality and self-discovery.

    • One email response per week during the detox period of two months.

    The individual services are for those who may just be interested in an iridology analysis or pranic healing sessions and are not looking for a complete healing package.

  • If you are tired of not having the answers to your symptoms and are ready to make a change, this is for you.

  • The healing package is not for those who you are looking to suppress symptoms with a quick fix and are not ready to put in the effort it requires to heal.

  • I combine Regenerative Detoxification and Pranic Healing to address all possible causes of health issues including the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects.

Detoxification

  • This is the purest form of healing; a science of Nature, used for hundreds of years by people and instinctively by all animals. It restores health and vitality to our physical, emotional, mental, and energy bodies. 

    Regenerative detoxification is the natural process of allowing to body to clean itself though the elimination of toxins, mucus and acidosis. Without detoxification there can be no regeneration of tissues, organs or glands. More information here.

  • Iridology is one of man’s greatest diagnostic tools giving us insight into the body. Iridology is a study of the iris of the eyes, as it relates to cellular weaknesses(genetics) and lymphatic stagnation (acidosis and toxicity). 

    It gives us a detailed view of our genetics, tissue weaknesses or strengths, and the congestive (or toxic) conditions of the body. It shows us obstructions, prolapsed conditions and chemical accumulations. 

    An iridology analysis allows us to:

    • Understand the root cause of symptoms

    • Gain insight into the state of the lymphatic system which is involved in 99% of illnesses

    • Predict future health problems

    • Identify susceptibility to certain health issues

    • Identify genetic weaknesses or strengths

Pranic Healing

  • “Prana” means Life Force Energy. This invisible energy keeps the body alive and maintains good health. It can be used to treat and resolve physical problems such as aches, pains, infections and illnesses through to chronic ailments like cancer or even boost your immune system. It is incredibly effective with emotional problems like stress, anxiety, depression and even addictions. It works on the fundamental principle that the body can heal itself.

  • Pranic Healing can benefit everyone, from those seeking relief from physical ailments to individuals looking for emotional balance or spiritual growth.

    Some of the many issues pranic healing can help with includes headaches, migraines, chronic pain, digestive problems, fatigue, injuries, skin conditions, joint pain and stiffness, post-surgery recovery, neurological issues, depression, anxiety, hormonal, imbalances, insomnia and much more.

  • A pranic healing session lasts about 30 to 60 minutes and begins with a consultation to discuss the client’s concerns.

    Once the session starts, you can simply relax while the practitioner performs the healing work.

    Pranic healing is a non-touch therapy, allowing treatments to be conducted in the same room or even remotely, making it accessible for everyone.

  • Those with chronic or more severe conditions may require more sessions compared to someone seeking relief from mild conditions.

    Generally, clients may begin to feel effects after 1 to 3 sessions, with more significant changes often noticed after 5 to 10 sessions.
